These extruded examples are among the most rare variety of Engelhard pieces. They were produced for a short period run for industrial, technological and medical end-use consumption. As such, few remain available to collectors today.
This recently discovered variety demonstrates a full Engelhard hallmark and is less frequently seen than its earlier production 'E' hallmark counterpart. This particular 5oz example was sourced directly, via public auction, from a former employee of the Aurora, Ontario Canada Engelhard facility.
