THE WASHINGTON MINT

ALL
 ENGELHARD

is pleased to welcome visitors to The Washington Mint Definitive Page.  While our focus is clearly Engelhard, we recognize that many Engelhard bullion collectors also collect other bars and ingots. As such, we appreciate the opportunity to present additional collections and look forward to your thoughts and input!

The Washington Mint was founded by William Richardson and became incorporated on April 8, 1971 in the state of Ohio. It was one of the leading silver art bar producers in the early days of the silver investment and collecting hobby. The Washington Mint employed an aggressive advertising campaign throughout many newspapers, magazines and trade publications. The Washington Mint ingots are becoming increasingly more rare to source and remain in high demand by collectors.
